The Inn on Biltmore Estate (four stars) is one of the two Biltmore Estate hotels inside the property. Its grandeur, luxury, and impeccable hospitality will make you travel back in time and feel like a guest of the Vanderbilt family. 

Think about world-class dinners, premier spa treatments, incredible vistas that can only be seen from the hotel, and the proximity of America’s most famous chateau and its gardens, the Winery, and top-notch shops and restaurants.

There are 210 elegant rooms. You can choose from being in one of the suites named after a friend or relative of George Vanderbilt’s, book a room with a ground-level terrace, or snag a room with a balcony overlooking the estate and the mountains. The Village Hotel on Biltmore Estate (three stars) is also on the estate’s property, offering a more casual yet comfortable stay at a very convenient value. The location couldn’t be better: It’s within walking distance of Antler Hill Village’s restaurants and shops, the Winery, and offers easy access to the rest of the attractions.

The countryside inspires the hotel’s decor: the rooms feature lovely window seats, and the showers have barn doors. There are three types of rooms to choose from: Village Room (one king bed or two double beds), Village Studio King (one king bed and a twin day bed), and Village Double with Living Room (two double beds and two bathrooms).

There are two restaurants on-site. Village Social serves cooked-to-order breakfast, lunch, and dinner using locally sourced farm-to-table ingredients and mixes up craft cocktails. The Kitchen Café is another great option for breakfast. Then, of course, you can eat at the Winery (there is a complimentary wine tasting, but you have to book it in advance!). 

Your stay includes access to the Biltmore Gardens and grounds. The House tour is not included with your stay; you must book it separately.

Each cottage offers 24-hour concierge service and has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area accommodating up to six guests. But, of course, you can always dine at one of the seven restaurants on the property. 

The Market Gardeners Cottage is half a mile from the estate’s entrance. It features the most luxurious and private accommodation, with wide porches, a courtyard, and charming private gardens. 

Surrounded by trees, the cute Dairy Foreman’s Cottage is within walking distance of hiking trails, the Inn, the Winery, and Antler Hill Village. The two Line House cottages offer bucolic views of the farmyard while within walking distance of everything.

Your stay at one of the historic cottages will give you access to the estate’s grounds and gardens (entrance to the House is omitted), spa, fitness center, and swimming pool.

Biltmore Village Inn is an unbelievably charming bed and breakfast in Biltmore Village, located atop a hill overlooking Asheville, the Blue Ridge Mountains, and the Swannanoa River Valley. It was built in 1892 and used to be the home of Samuel Reed, George Vanderbilt’s attorney.

This all-suite hotel is just a half-mile from the gates of Biltmore Estate, and every room has a full-sized kitchen and a private balcony or patio. The on-site Azalea Bar & Kitchen offers classic American cuisine using locally-sourced ingredients, including free-range eggs, grass-fed meats, and organic produce.
