SHIPPING

We charge a flat rate of $5 to ship your order. We also offer free shipping for orders over $50. At this time we only ship to the USA.

All of our product are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Please allow 7-10 business days for your product to be delivered.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. We strive to process returns quick, but please keep in mind we are a small business. Allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for us to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been received and processed.
